Job:

  • Upholstery of seats, backrests and armrests
  • Carrying out activities according to work instructions (working also with a staple gun) in the required time, quantity and required quality
  • Inspection of parts of materials, components, or their marking before upholstery and self-inspection after upholstery

  • Observance of cleanliness, order and prescribed maintenance at your workplace

Job:

  • Takes from the warehouse rolls of material delivered for a specific order
  • Checks the correctness of the identification of the delivered material
  • Berifies the correctness of the declared amount of yardage on the delivered rolls (judges by expert estimation, comparison)
  • Before processing each order, checks the work-in-progress roles and prioritizes them for processing, observes FIFO principles when handling and storing work-in-progress roles
  • Loads rolls of material onto cuttra racks and onto the cutting machine loading device (rack, Brio)
  • Loads yardage according to the loading plan and internal regulations for shearing machines
  • Keeps records of the loading of yardage according to internal regulations
  • During loading, he checks the errors marked by the manufacturer and unmarked optical material defects of the yardage according to internal regulations and models of marginal errors
  • Marks released defective places on the meter according to internal regulations, in special cases follows the instructions of the superior or the auditor
  • Packs and marks the remaining yardage according to internal regulations – rolls of material for return to the warehouse, for storage in the blocking warehouse, or return to the customer
  • Monitors the consumption of yardage and auxiliary materials and proposes measures to save them
  • Separates and packs waste, packing material, is responsible for taking it to the designated place
  • Observes the principles of identification and packaging of developed roles according to internal regulations

General requirements:

Education: High school, university
Type of school: quality management, and/or textile and/or technical
Type of exam: matriculation, state exam
Experience: at least 3 years in the field
Language skills: English language intermediate (B2)
Driver’s license: B


Work load:

  • Adherence to quality principles according to TS 16949 and customer requirements
  • Solving problems related to the quality of materials, components and products in the production process
  • Solving customer complaints – participates in reviewing complaints
  • Solution of supplier complaints
  • Communication with suppliers, release in terms of standards (PPA, PPAP, ISIR)
  • Communication with customers and other departments of the company
  • Analyzing the causes of disagreements, taking measures, considering risks, proposing improvements, training production workers after complaints
  • Creation of quality documents: MRR, 8D, Control Plan, PPA or PPAP according to customer requirements and responsibility for control documentation, including monitoring the effectiveness of measures taken and action plans
  • Conducting process audits of VDA 6.3, conducting audits at suppliers
  • Preparation of materials for monthly reports


Prerequisites and Skills:

  • Previous work experience in quality in the automotive industry
  • Knowledge of quality management tools and specific requirements and standards in the automotive industry
  • Control of quality tools / 8D, 5 Why, Ishikawa, FMEA, Control Plan/
  • Communication skills – assertive process approach, designing and solving situations
  • Active knowledge of the English language
  • Responsible approach, consistency, teamwork
